Mid Week Reset

Wednesdays 7:00pm

Mid-Week Reset is a grounding and reflective yoga class designed to help you pause, realign, and reconnect—right when the week begins to ask the most of you. Each class is attuned to the current moon phase and zodiac sign, weaving lunar wisdom into a 45-minute breath-based asana flow, followed by an optional 45-minute tea and journaling circle.

Throughout January, we’ll explore themes of release, meaning, intuition, and expression, while gently supporting the body systems associated with each lunar phase. Expect intentional movement, accessible pacing, nervous-system support, and reflective prompts you can take with you into the rest of your week.

Come for the movement. Stay for the tea. Leave feeling reset.

About

Jadan is a yoga instructor, outdoor guide, and yoga life coach whose teaching bridges mindful movement, breath awareness, and embodied self-inquiry. Rooted in breath-based Hatha yoga, their classes invite students to slow down, listen inward, and move with intention rather than urgency.

With a background in outdoor guiding and immersive nature-based experiences, Jadan brings a grounded, steady presence to the studio. Their teaching is influenced by time spent leading others through wild and unfamiliar spaces—where awareness, adaptability, and trust are essential—and translates seamlessly into how they hold space on the mat.

Jadan is a 200-hour RYT-certified Hatha yoga instructor with training in meditation, pranayama, and yoga life coaching. They weave these tools together to support nervous-system regulation, self-reflection, and sustainable personal growth. Students can expect classes that balance gentle challenge with deep rest, offering space to reconnect with the body’s wisdom and inner rhythm.

Drawing from their background in Intercultural Peacebuilding, Jadan emphasizes inclusivity, compassion, and conscious communication. Their intention is to create a welcoming environment where each student feels supported in meeting themselves exactly where they are—whether that’s through movement, stillness, or breath.
